Brief & Quote
You share drawings, references, and priorities. We ask the right questions, scope the deliverables, and send a fixed-price quote within 48 hours.
Production
Modelling, texturing, lighting, and first-pass renders — all handled internally. You receive a draft at an agreed checkpoint, not a week before deadline.
Review & Revision
Structured feedback through the client portal. Every comment is attached to a specific frame or scene, so the revision round is precise and fast.
Delivery
Final files delivered at full resolution through your portal. Source files available on request. Project archived for up to 3 years for future updates.

Precision over speed
We do not rush renders to hit an arbitrary deadline. If the lighting is wrong, we fix it. Photoreal means photoreal.
Fixed scope, fixed price
Every quote locks in deliverables, revision rounds, and timeline. No surprise invoices. If scope changes, we agree a change order before the work happens.
Transparent production
Clients see work in progress, not a black box. First drafts and checkpoints are scheduled into the timeline so you are never left waiting and wondering.
Technology that earns its place
We adopt new tools — Gaussian Splatting, real-time engines, PropTech viewers — when they solve a real problem for clients, not because they are trendy.
- Who is CGHronos for?
- We work exclusively B2B — our clients are real-estate developers, architecture firms, hospitality groups, and PropTech companies. We do not take residential one-off commissions.
- What does a typical project cost?
- A single hero exterior render starts from $1,200. A full CGI package for a residential tower (stills + animation + interior scenes) typically ranges from $18,000–$60,000 depending on complexity, unit count, and timeline. A PropTech 3D viewer is quoted separately based on building size and feature requirements. Every project gets a detailed line-item quote.
- How fast can you turn around a project?
- Standard turnaround for a single render is 5–7 business days. For large packages, we agree a production schedule at kickoff — typically 4–10 weeks. Rush delivery (sub-48h) is available for stills at a surcharge.
- Do you work with international clients?
- Yes — 14 countries and counting. All brief, feedback, and delivery happens through our online portal. We hold two live video calls per project: kickoff and final delivery.
- What file formats do you deliver?
- Stills: TIFF (full resolution, layered) + JPEG (web-optimised). Animation: ProRes 4444 master + H.264/H.265 web versions. 3D viewers: hosted by CGHronos, embedded via iframe.
- Can we get the source 3D files?
- Yes, source files (3ds Max or Cinema 4D scenes) are available for an additional licence fee. We also retain an archive for 3 years so updates and spin-off assets are fast.
